David John Mowat (born 20 February 1957 in Rugby, Warwickshire) is a Conservative Party politician in the United Kingdom. He is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Warrington South, and was first elected at the 2010 general election. He currently serves as Parliamentary Private Secretary to Greg Clark.
