Guto ap Owain Bebb (born 9 October 1968) is a Welsh Conservative Party politician and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Aberconwy. He was first elected in the 2010 general election having previously contested elections to both the Welsh Assembly and the House of Commons, and is a member of the Conservative Friends of Israel group.
