Philip Andrew Davies (born 5 January 1972) is a British Conservative Party politician. He is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Shipley in West Yorkshire. He is the most rebellious currently serving Conservative MP, having voted against the Tory Whip 120 times and has been criticised for his use of the filibuster to "kill off legislation he doesn’t like"
