Stephen Crabb (born 20 January 1973) is a Welsh Conservative Party politician. He has been the Member of Parliament for Preseli Pembrokeshire since 2005 and Secretary of State for Wales since July 2014. He had previously been a Government Whip and Wales Minister. The BBC described his then-dual role as both a whip and a minister as unusual.
