Overview
NEAB exists to provide informed but independent strategic advice to the Secretary of State for Defence and the MOD about how the MOD can most effectively gain and maintain the support of the employers of Britain's Reserve Forces. The Board shall not exceed 15 members, and include representatives from the CBI, the TUC, the Institute of Directors and the British Chambers of Commerce. The Board should provide wide geographical coverage of the UK and a broad representation between manufacturing and service industries, large and small companies and public sector.
Established 2002 (NEAB is the successor to the National Employers' Liaison Committee).
